I'm a big reader. I plow through books and have even gotten to the point where the books themselves have taken over our guest room. Well, the Kindle has answered my prayers. I convinced my hubby, err Santa, to deliver one for Christmas and I love it. I can download books instantly, preview first chapters for free, it's very lightweight, comfortable to hold, and best of all, I no longer have old books to deal with. It will actually pay for itself, as books only cost $10 - so the amount I'll save over the real book prices will add up quickly. A couple gripes - there's a charge for subscribing to RSS feeds and some books that I do want to read aren't available. But overall, if you're a big reader, I'd definitely recommend the Kindle.
