Hannah Montana The Movie : $25

We received a pre-release DVD copy of Hannah Montana The Movie from Walt Disney Home Entertainment and I fell hard for this movie, Hannah Montana, and Miley Cyrus. I heard excellent reviews of this film after it hit theaters in the spring; however it far surpassed my expectations. Although I like the concept of ordinary school girl Miley Cyrus turning into rock star Hannah Montana by night, I find the acting and comedy forced in the TV sitcom. The was not the case with the film as I found the acting fantastic, the plot and storyline real and exciting, and the music was phenomenal. My almost 4 year old loved the music but it was me who truly found myself crying and laughing at all the right places as I was totally captivated. I even bought 2 of Miley’s songs within 24 hours for my iPod – the Hoedown Showdown Shuffle and The Climb. We love jamming to Miley and Hannah’s tunes and even toddler Kyle begs for more when her songs end. Parents and kids will also appreciate the lessons about being true to yourself and never letting fame come before friends and family. Disney is also selling a super value package for $25 that includes the Blu-Ray disc, a regular DVD, and a Digital copy for your computer. Classy Mommy approved.
