Did you know that food allergies impact an estimated 3 million children in the US? My 16 month old is part of these statistics. He suffers from an egg allergy which luckily I discovered before even letting him taste eggs. He was covered in eczema as a baby - and as soon as I stopped breastfeeding it disappeared within days.
