This tutu, made by a loving mommy, is one of the best quality tutus I've ever reviewed and it is just layers and layers of tulle with an easy fit. I love using a tutu like this as a costume compared to the pre-styled Disney costumes as a tutu has so many purposes for dress up - the only limits are your imagination!
