With non stop media talk about the swine flu and the continual reminders to not panic, I profess I'm on alert. Full disclosure is I'm no medical expert but saw talk on the internet from Doctors and Parents about Elderberry syrup being a natural remedy for flu symptoms and an immunity booster along with being safe for children.
