Wondering how to tone those abs and tighten things up after the baby or before you get pregnant with your next? My good friend Stephanie from Metropolitan Mama asked me for some ab advice – before she gets pregnant with # 3 she wants to tone up those abs.

My advice is for busy Moms like me since these strategies fit for my  lifestyle and will probably work best for you too.

1. Work the entire core – don’t just do crunches. Do a variety of Ab Excercises. (I demo my 3 favorites in the video)

2. Forget about the workout wear. Seriously, even with running, I honestly can only manage a shower every other day or every 3rd day. You think I’m kidding. I’m not. You can do your stomach exercises any time of day no matter what you are wearing. Squeeze in a quick 1-5 minute of ab exercises throughout the day or during your favorite TV show at night.
